SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” warns that for the well-functioning of the internal water providing systems, it is necessary to periodically investigate and to track down the malfunctions. According to ACC, in case of imperfect fitting, unproductive leakage is produced that causes a considerable supra-consummation of water and heat. The sewerage system must secure the evacuation of the polluted water from the sanitary devices in the city. In order to avoid such problems as filter clogging, malfunction of the meters, washing machines and gas boilers, the consumers mustn’t throw waste in the sewerage system. All openings to overhauls from the underground rooms must be equipped with special flange lids. It is necessary to periodically check the seal of the entrance places of engineering, in order to avoid floods with technical water. The consumers should call immediately the Support Service in case of malfunctions or accidents at the interior water systems. The exploitation and the maintenance of the interior systems is made by the associations of private owners together with the associations of co-owners in condominium, cooperatives for house buildings and the municipal and departmental enterprises for house catering.
