A number of vehicles of the municipal road maintenance company “Exdrupo” spread antiskid material on the streets of Chisinau last night. In the January 20 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, the company’s head Efim Cheptanari said there were used 72 cubic meters of sand and salt mixed together.

Antiskid material was also spread in the suburban town Durlesti.

Head of the Public Amenities Division Petru Gontea said that five vehicles in the morning started to spread antiskid material on sidewalks in Chisinau’s districts Centru, Botanica and Ciocana.
