Another 46 Transnistrian companies register with Moldova's State Registration Chamber
In the first four months of this year, Moldova's State Registration Chamber (SRC) registered 46 companies from the Transnistrian area, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Reintegration Ministry.
40 companies were registered provisionally, 6 companies – on a permanent basis. In the beginning June, the SRC had 429 registered companies from the Transnistrian area, of which 278 – provisionally and 151 – on a permanent basis.
During the same period, the Moldovan Trade and Industry Chamber (TIC) issued 265 C-type certificates on the origin of goods for export to 24 companies from that area.
From January to May, 36 companies and two natural entities addressed the Customs Service of Moldova to be issued CT-1, A şi EUR.1 preferential certificates on the origin of goods to exported to the CIS, the European Union and to Central Europe.
All in all, the Customs Service and the TIC issued 1,058 certificates to 44 companies from the Ttransnistrian area out of 66 which performed export operations. In the period March-May, 17 companies were issued more than 350 EUR.1 (ATP) certificates to export goods to the EU using the Autonomous Trade Preferences.
Returning the sums paid for by the companies from that area is dine in time. In January-May, 2008, 4 companies provisionally asked to be returned the money (85 applications all in all). 7.8 million lei were returned.
The volume of goods exported and imported by the companies from the Transnistrian area, checked up by the Customs Service in the period January-May was 4.485 billion lei, including the export – 3.875 billion lei and the import – 610 million lei.
