Another 328 houses for flood victims to be transferred to local authorities

The Ministry of Construction and Regional Development as beneficiary and the building contractors will hand over another 328 houses intended for flood victims to the local public authorities of Cotul Morii and Nemteni villages of Hancesti district, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The handover ceremony will take place at the building site in Cotul Morii starting at 13.30. According to a communique from the Ministry, 210 houses have two rooms, 90 are with three rooms, 21 with four rooms, while seven with five rooms.
Deputy Minister of Construction and Regional Development Anatolie Zolotkov said 398 houses have been built so far in Cotul Morii and Sarateni, while in Nemteni – 68.
As many as 179 houses have been put in commission by November 15. The first houses in Nemteni have been connected to the gas supply and the owners moved to the new homes.
The houses were erected by the companies that in September signed contracts with the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development. By December 5, they are to finish the construction of another 563 houses in Cotul Morii, 115 houses in Nemteni and 28 houses in Obileni.
