Twelve candidates were removed from the examination hall when taking the Baccalaureate exam in the specialty discipline of the additional session on July 21. These were caught cheating or having banned objects on them, IPN reports.
In a communique, the Ministry of Education says that four persons came to sit the exam instead of the real candidates. The candidates who tried to cheat will have all the grades they got in the previous exams annulled. These will be able to take all the Baccalaureate exams again in a year.
The rerun exam in the specialty discipline was taken by almost 5,000 young people who were absent from the basic session for objective reasons or got negative grades in it. The next exam of the additional session, in the subject of one’s choice, will be sat on July 22. The results of the additional Baccalaureate session will be posted at the examination centers on July 27.
Sixteen candidates have been so far eliminated from the examination hall within the additional Baccalaureate session.
