“The Chicu Government should be removed, but it is very important what Cabinet we can appoint instead of this. It is very important to realize that the dismissal of the Chicu Government in such an unfavorable period for us and the non-appointment of a competent, responsible and expert government will lead to the worsening of the situation of the Republic of Moldova and its citizens,” the leader of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” Andrei Năstase stated live on his Facebook page, IPN reports.

Andrei Năstase said the organization of free, fair and democratic presidential elections is his party’s preoccupation, besides the dealing with the pandemic crisis and the solving of the country’s economic and financial problems.

“My arguments in support of the participation in the upcoming presidential elections are my deeds, work and struggle of over ten years and, surely, the conviction that our people have the historical right to a normal life in a normal country in which the state serves the citizens, not vice versa,” stated the politician when answering an Internet user’s question why namely he should run for office of President.

“I’m convinced that namely the people should decide which of the candidates is the most suitable for President in their opinion. This is the reason why I urge each of you to objectively analyze absolutely all the details and learn more about the candidates and do this before the elections, not after them,” stated Andrei Năstase.

“I want to be a President who will offer all the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, either they are at home or in the diaspora, by my conduct and personal approaches, a model that will generate profound changes as our society needs them a lot, a President who will guarantee balance, peace and social equity and the rights of each and every, wellbeing and a better life for our families reunited here, at home.”
