“The Chisinau City Hall is a fundamentals benchmark in Moldovan politics. It is important that Chisinau remain a bastion of modernization, an example of good practice on the path to European integration,” says a message posted by MEP Andi Cristea, who heads the Moldova – EU Parliamentary Association Committee, on a social networking site, IPN reports.
In this connection, the MEP encourages the citizens of Chisinau to vote for the candidate who can meet best their lawful expectations for better living conditions and a better managed city, according to a European model.
The second round of the mayoral elections in Chisinau on June 28 involves candidates Dorin Chirtoaca and Zinaida Grecheanyi.
