Anatol Petrencu voted for a Moldova without corruption
“I voted for a Moldova without corruption, for a Moldova with a renewed political class, a class of administrators that will serve the interests of the people,” Anatol Petrencu said this morning after casing his vote. The leader of the Social-Political Movement “European Action” (MAE) voiced hope that after these elections, Moldova will be amongst the other civilized states of Europe, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The MAE leader said that immediately after the polls, the MAE will start to prepare for the local elections. “We will strengthen the local organizations. Those that asserted themselves will be supported in their posts. Those that did not cope will be asked to withdraw,” Petrencu said.
He also said that the congress to mark the merger with the National Liberal Party will be held on May 9. “This congress will fortify our organization. I think that the MAE will be a force recognized by the Moldovan society and, in future, by the international community,” the MAE president said.
