He was put under house arrests for 30 days, lawyer Victor Pantaru said. Businessman Anatol Matasaru, who is known for the unusual forms of protests he employed, was set free from the isolator and arrested again on the same day. On June 10, the Chisinau Court of Appeals changed the detention form into house arrest. Matasaru was yet arrested again when he wanted to leave the courtroom, Info-Prim Neo reports. “The six persons in civvies did not say why he was arrested again. They told me they will take him to the Prosecutor’s Office of the municipality of Chisinau,” said Matasaru’s lawyer Victor Pantaru. Anatol Matasaru was arrested on April 8 over his participation in the April 7 protests. Last winter, he dressed a donkey in police clothes and a pig in prosecutor’s clothes and protested peacefully together with the animals in front to the General Police Commissariat and the Prosecutor’s Office.
