They told me they will take him to the Prosecutor’s Office of the municipality of Chisinau,” said Matasaru’s lawyer Victor Pantaru. Anatol Matasaru was arrested on April 8 over his participation in the April 7 protests. Last winter, he dressed a donkey in police clothes and a pig in prosecutor’s clothes and protested peacefully together with the animals in front to the General Police Commissariat and the Prosecutor’s Office.
