The amounts collected in the state social insurance budget in the first four months of this year came to 11.180,9 billion lei or 35.8% of the annual projected plan of 31.224,2 billionn lei, shows a report by the National House of Social Insurance that is quoted by IPN.
The mandatory state social insurance contributions totaled 5.601,7 billion lei, which is 30.5% of the annual sum planned at 18.367,7 billion lei. The state social insurance contributions collected in the period are by 668.1 million lei or 13.5% higher than in the corresponding period last year.
Other revenues added up to 124.3 million lei. Among these revenues, the single tax collected from residents of IT parks came to 122.9 million lei, an increase of 41.4% on a year before.
The transfers from the state budget were 5.454,8 billion lei, with 3.404,8 billion lei of this sum going to pay social benefits and other allowances, while 2.050,0 billion lei being used to cover the deficit of own revenues of the state social insurance budget.
The expenditure of the state social insurance budget totaled 10.518,7 billion lei, which is 33.7% of the projected sum of 31.224,2 billion lei.
The total revenues in the first four months of this year were by 662.2 million lei higher than the total costs of the state social insurance budget.
The balance in the accounts of the National House of Social Insurance on May 1 came to 662.3 million lei.
