AMIC launches construction of modern residential block

Starting August 1, the Chisinau Municipal Mortgage Agency (AMIC) launches the construction of a new residential block, using new elements in projecting apartments and loans’ financing, reports Info-Prim Neo. The new block will have 50 apartments and will be situated on 101 Alba Iulia Street. AMIC representative Alexandru Popov says that the block’s location is very good; it is in the second row of houses, on the aforementioned street. Thus, the outer noise will be reduced, the safety level of children on playgrounds – higher, and the pollution from urban traffic – diminished. The neighborhood has the appropriate infrastructure for a comfortable living, including different social and cultural institutions. AMIC offers future residents one and two-room apartments, the two most demanded types of residence on the market, yet with a new, unique planning. The surface of one-room flats is 46 square meters and 52 sq m, and two-room apartments are from 63 sq m to 72 sq m. Housewives will be especially pleased by the large 11 sq m to 13 sq m kitchens. The residential block will be built using strong modern materials: the skeleton (columns, beams) will be built out of concrete, the exterior walls – from ACC (autoclaved cellular concrete) produced in Romania, built according to German technologies, and the interior walls – from brick and gypsum. The apartments will be furnished with water meters, as well as meters for gas and electricity, with an individual heating system for the surface of the apartment and water heating, wooden hermetically sealed double glazed windows, balconies, terraces covered with carpentry elements and double glazed windows. According to Nicolae Rusu, sales manager, for the complete payment or at least 60% of the apartment, upon signing the contract, future owners will get a 6% discount. The first (minimal) rate may be as low as 30%, the rest being paid according to a schedule mutually agreed by both parties till the complete construction of the block. For the first time, Moldova Agroindbank will implement a new stimulus policy for young debtors, between 21 and 35 years of age, offering 30-year loans with 10% annual interest for the first 5 years. Currently, individuals, emigrants who work abroad, as well as their relatives, can get loans from Moldova Agroindbank, for a 20-year period, at 13% annual interest. Upon residents’ request AMIC can supply additional services, for an extra fee; services range from the finalizing of the sanitary block, kitchen, and kitchen furnishing to the complete furnishing of the apartment. The new block is planned to be ready for use by the end of next year.
