An ambulance overturned at the intersection of the streets Alexandru cel Bun and Sfatul Tarii in central Chisinau in the morning of October 22. The information was confirmed by the spokesman for the Chisinau Police Division Adrian Jovmir, IPN reports.

Eyewitnesses said the ambulance collided with a car and then overturned. Another ambulance and a police car travelled to the scene. An investigation is under way.

“The doctor’s assistant and the ambulance driver are in the emergency admissions section. Both of them suffered concussions. The driver is 58, while the doctor’s assistant is 24. They didn’t sustain fractures or internal organ damage,” the spokesman for the Chisinau Emergency Medicine Institute Petru Cravet has told IPN.
