Attendance rate at the Chisinau kindergartens stands at 56%, with almost 30 institutions having been closed for repair, the head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb said in the July 4 meeting of City Hall officials, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb stated that the Division will need additional amounts of money to repair the roofs of the education institutions that have been damaged by the recent heavy rain. As to the summer camps, the Division head said there are no deviations from the program. The camps are inspected weekly and there were reported no violations.
