All educational institutions in Moldova can return to classes, as decided today by the National Extraordinary Commission on Public Health, which found that the incidence of coronavirus infections dropped by 35% in the last seven-day period, and mortality by 36%.

At the same time, eating places in areas under code orange restrictions may operate at full seating capacity both indoors and outdoors, provided that Covid certificates are verified for all clients.

Group exercise activities are now allowed across the country regardless of restriction codes.

Sport events at full seating capacity will be allowed both indoors and outdoors in all areas expect those under code red alerts, on condition of verifying Covid certificates. In red code areas, seating capacity will be limited to 50 percent only for indoor sport events.

Theaters, cinemas, and concert venues may reopen at full capacity, on condition of verifying Covid certificates.
