Prime Minister Vlad Filat has requested the Customs Service to publish all its regulations and orders in the Official Gazette, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vlad Filat said that businesses need predictability, and situations where they are faced with procedures they learn about at the moment when they cross the customs cannot be considered normal. Concerning the Regulation on the registration of maritime vessels under Moldova's flag, Vlad Filat insisted that any ship or aircraft that enters Moldova's territory must undergo customs procedures.
