The section of Alexei Mateevici St between the streets Alexandru Pushkin and Vasile Alecsandri was opened for private units of transport in both directions, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Chisinau City Hall. The move is aimed at increasing the traffic capacity on A. Mateevici St and to fluidize traffic on the streets M. Kogalniceanu and A. Bernardazzi. Until now, the vehicles on the mentioned road section moved only in one direction, except for the public transport.
