The President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko will pay an official visit to Chisinau on September 24-25. The information was confirmed for IPN by President Nicolae Timofti’s advisor Vlad Turcanu.

Aleksandr Lukashenko comes to Chisinau at the invitation of his Moldovan counterpart. He will have meetings with Nicolae Timofti, Prime Minister Iurie Leanca and Head of Parliament Igor Corman.

The officials will discuss the bilateral commercial-economic relations and the situation in the region.
