Online ticket sales of Air Moldova through the airline’s official website in January-November increased by 120% compared with the corresponding period last year. More than 30,000 tickets were sold over the Internet during the first eleven months of this year. This is bout 10% of the total sales, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from Air Moldova. The top online selling destination is Chisinau-Moscow (30% of total online sales), followed by Chisinau-Rome (14%), Chisinau-Milan (13%) and Chisinau-Frankfurt (9%). The online booking service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The website always offers the lowest fare available when the ticket is purchased. Tickets booked online can be paid using credit cards Visa International and Master Card as well as in cash by invoice. Air Moldova is the largest Moldavian airline. It accounts for over 50% of air transportations on the national market.
