The national carrier Air Moldova bought an Embraer 190 Jet. The plane made in Brazil will land on the Chisinau International Airport on April 19, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the airline, the new Embraer 190 has 100 seats. It is the second aircraft of the kind owned by Air Moldova. The purchase will enable to operate new routes, reduce the number of cases of delayed flights and ensure the comfort and safety of the passengers.
There are by two rows of two seats each in the plane. The pilots’ cabin has increased visibility and five navigation screens with information about the flying systems. Upon landing, the plane will be blessed by representatives of the Moldovan Metropolitan Church.
Air Moldova provides direct flights to over 20 cities in Europe and the CIS, offering two classes of air travel - Economy and Business.
