A technical fault on a plane of Air Moldova airline disrupted the flights operated by the national carrier. At least four flights were delayed.
Air Moldova marketing manager Natalia Rogovschi has told IPN that the flights to Torino, Verona (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany) and Saint Petersburg (Russia) have been delayed today, May 2. The Verona/Villafranca flight will take off with a delay of about seven hours.
Natalia Rogovschi said all the passengers were provided with food for the period of the delays. The airline anticipates that the flights will be operated according to schedule starting with next week.
