The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry supports agricultural education institutions. Thus, through the "Orchard of Moldova" project, the Ministry provides strategic investments in high-performance equipment and infrastructure, IPN reports.

The Center of Excellence in Viticulture and Winemaking in Chisinau will receive €49,600 in support for designing a technical project for the Teaching-Experimental Station in Horticulture.

€135,000 will be invested in equipping the Technical-Teaching Laboratory in Agricultural Mechanics of the Agroindustrial College in Grinăuți.

The Agroindustrial College of Râșcani will modernize its laboratory for the processing and quality control of essential oils, and the investments in this regard will total €120,000.

Meanwhile, the Horticultural Production Processing and Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Station of the Agricultural Technology College in Svetlyi will be equipped with an investment of €70,000.

Later in 2025, the new facilities will be fully functional, providing students and future farmers with access to quality training, modern infrastructure and advanced technologies, noted the Ministry of Agriculture.
