The Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine, Moldovatransgaz and Moldovagaz signed a tripartite cooperation agreement concerning all the interconnection points of the transportation systems of Moldova and Ukraine (Alexeevka, Grebeniky, Căuşeni, Ananyiv, Limanskoe). The agreement will ensure the supply and transit of natural gas as of January 1, 2020, IPN reports.

According to SA Moldovagaz, the sides on December 27, 2019 also signed contracts for the provision of natural gas transport services on the territory of Moldova and Ukraine for the transfrontier consumers from both of the countries.

The contracts will take effect on December 30, 2019, after they are approved by the Supervisory Board of SA Moldovagaz.
