AGEPI has issued 78 patents on inventions in Q1
Seventy-eight patents on inventions have been granted in Moldova in the first quarter of this year. Three of these were issued to foreign applicants, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the website of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI).
The patenting of four inventions created by Moldovans was rejected.
Last year, the AGEPI had issued 250 patents on inventions, three out of which to foreigners. A number of 3,510 patents have been granted in Moldova since 1993, including 408 to foreign applicants.
