AEI lawmakers receive Easter bonuses

The members of the parliamentary groups of the Alliance for European Integration (AEI) and the employees of the Parliament’s Secretariat were awarded Easter bonuses of 1,480 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the Parliament’s secretary general Adrian Fetescu, the bonuses were paid from the salary funds for this year, according to the law on the status of personnel of state secretariats and other apparatuses.
As the Communist MPs missed the sittings of Parliament and the meetings of the standing commissions, they did not benefit from bonuses.
Such Easter bonuses are paid yearly. In 2001, this bonus was 1,500 lei.
