Adrian Albu: November 5 vote will set development tone in Chisinau

The Party of Socialists’ candidate for mayor of Chisinau Adrian Albu said the citizens’ vote of November 5 will set the tone for the development of the municipality. He expressed his confidence that Chisinau can be better and can be a city in which each citizen enjoys the wanted comfort, IPN reports.

“We set the goal of building a decent, comfortable, multiethnic city in which we will speak the language we want and in which we will enjoy the right to freedom of opinion. We don’t aim to become involved in politics within the CMC. It’s time to act strictly in accordance with the interests of the citizens of this city. We come with an experienced team of professionals who know the problems and know the solutions and that every time stood by you,” Adrian Albu stated in a press briefing held in front of the Chisinau City Hall.

Attending the event, the executive secretary of the PSRM Igor Dodon said that the citizens on November 5 will decide the fate of the Republic of Moldova. The upcoming elections are not only about mayors and councilors. They are also about everything that is happening in the country. “On November 5, we should show uprightness and should all go and vote against those who deride us,” noted Igor Dodon.

The Moldovan voters on November 5 are to elect 898 mayors and 11,058 local councilors.
