The admittance to Chisinau’s lyceums will end on June 30, the documents must be submitted till June 20. The students will be admitted on the base of the results obtained at the graduation examination of the gymnasium studies, declared for Info-Prim Neo the head of the Department for Education, Science, Youth and Sport (DESYS), Alexandru Roman. The admittance commission of those 60 lyceums of the Chisinau municipality will work during July 3-5, the quoted source said. According to Roman, in the case, free places will remain, a second admittance round will be performed during August 15-20, and the commission will be supplementary called up during August 23-25. At present, DESYS can not make public the Admittance Plan for 2006 regarding the lyceums because it was not coordinated with the specialized ministry. Roman mentioned that within each lyceum 2 or more classes will function. Alexandru Roman added that in the last year in Chisinau’s lyceums about 600 places were not completed.
