An admission commission from Bucharest will accept applications from Moldovans who want to study in Romania between July 23 and August 2 at the Romanian consulates in Balti, Chisinau, and Cahul. The commission comes to Moldova on July 22, IPN reports.
On July 23-25, the commission will work in northern Moldova, at the Balti University “Alecu Russo”, between 09.30 and 18.30, except the last day, when applications will be accepted by 12 noon.
In Chisinau, the admission commission will work on July 26-30 and will have the same program.
The candidates from southern Moldova can file applications at the Cahul University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” until August 2, between 09.30 and 18.30.
According to the methodology for schooling Romanians everywhere of the Romanian Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sport, the applicants must submit a 3/4 photo, the legalized copy of the birth certificate, the identity card, the passport, the medical certificate, and the diploma.
For the 2013-2014 academic year, the Romanian authorities offered the Moldovans about 5,500 places to study at education institutions in Romania, by 500 places more than the previous years. The admission results will be posted on the informative boards of the Romanian consulates in Balti, Chisinau, and Cahul and on the websites of the Romanian Education Ministry and the Department for the Romanians Everywhere.
