In the case of consumers who declared incomes that are at least three times larger than the incomes recorded in the state information systems and resources, the income known through the state registers will be taken into account when deciding the energy vulnerability category. The relevant rules were updated by the Commission for Exceptional Situations, IPN reports.
In the case of households whose gas consumption a particular month is lower than or equal to 2 cubic meters, the energy vulnerability category will be determined based on the value equal to half of the eligible ceiling for determining the costs of the household that month.
The estimated cost of solid fuels will be taken into account when determining the cost of energy during the cold period of the year for consumers who us electricity as the main source of heating and didn’t indicate that they use natural gas and heat.
The families for which the cost of energy during the cold period of the year is assessed at over 10,000 lei a month will be put in the average vulnerability category at most.
For the power consumption of fruit-growing association, electricity suppliers will apply the price set for consumers with high energy vulnerability, within a total monthly amount of 75 kWh per association.
The Commission also adjusted the timetable for the interruption of street lighting during the day. This way, the lights will be off between 8am and 4pm.
