The Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT, which is a member of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, launched a website devoted to the June 14 local general elections – www.alegeri.md, IPN reports.

According to a communique of ADEPT, the website contains the electoral programs of the candidates for eligible public posts in the municipality of Chisinau, their electoral videos and all their press releases and statements.

The portal also presents the documents issued by the Central Election Commission, the independent electoral process monitoring reports, civic education materials and other useful information aimed at informing the people, monitoring and ensuring electoral process’ correctness. It also contains information about the previous elections.

Alegeri.md is integrated with the portal www.avere.promis.md, where the visitors can see the income and interest statements of the candidates for the mayoralty of Chisinau and of other persons holding public posts.
