After increased, its registered capital will be 2 173 440 lei, divided into 217 344 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 10 lei. After raised by 10 000 lei, the registered capital of “Muromet” SA will be 20 000 lei, divided into 200 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 100 lei. The additional set of shares issued by “Emis Consulting Group” SA is worth 450 000 lei. Its registered capital will be now 700 000 lei, divided into 700 000 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 1 leu. ”Rotan” SA issued additional shares worth 1 059 090 lei. Its registered capital will be 1 079 090 lei, divided into 107 909 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 10 lei. The CNPF also approved the reduction of 420 541 lei in the registered capital of ”Farmacia nr. 280” SA by annulling 420 541 treasury shares with a nominal value of 1 leu. After decreased, the company’s registered capital will be 105 135 lei, divided into 105 135 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 1 leu. The registered capital of ”Electrotehnica” SA was reduced after annulling 12 193 treasury shares with a nominal value of 15 lei. Now the capital will be 98 310 lei, divided into 6 554 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 15 lei. After decreased by 324 370 lei, the registered capital of ”Monotip” SA will be 101 010 lei, divided into 10 101 nominative ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 10 lei.
