The "Vasile Alecsandri" Theatre from Iasi is bringing two performances to Chisinau. The tour begins on March 27, a date that marks both National Theatre Day and the anniversary of Bessarabia’s Union with Romania. The National Theatre from Bucharest will also present a play in Chisinau, reports IPN.

The performances will take place on the stage of the "Mihai Eminescu" National Theatre.

On March 27, the play „D'ale Carnavalului”, directed by Claudiu Goga, will be performed.

On March 28, the actors from Iasi will present „Haga”, written by Sasha Denisova and directed by Cristian Hadji-Culea.

The "I.L. Caragiale" National Theatre from Bucharest will stage „O scrisoare pierdută” by Ion Luca Caragiale, directed by Horatiu Malaele. The play will be performed on April 2 and 3.
