In connection with the works to rehabilitate Stephan cel Mare Vlvd, the Party of Socialists decided to temporality suspend the activity of the Victory Town set up in the center of Chisinau, but this could be restored in autumn, IPN reports.

In a press release, the Party of Socialists says the protests against the criminal-oligarchic regime will continue. In the immediate future, the party will concentrate its efforts on the presidential elections. The referendum on the dismissal of the mayor general of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca remains as topical.

These actions form part of the continuous protests campaign launched on August 27, 2015. The announced final goal is to obtain the dissolution of Parliament so that early parliamentary elections are held.
