Activist Pavel Grigorchuk asks for investigation into attack on German Gorbuntsov

Activist Pavel Grigorchuk intends to send to German Gorbuntsov’s lawyers the materials he possesses with regard to the 2012 London attack on a businessman. Grigorchuk is convinced that, after transmitting the information, Renato Usatyi, whom he calls the organizer of this attack, could be listed wanted by the British law enforcement agencies.

“I transmit these sensational testimonies to German Gorbuntsov and his lawyers in England. This means that, within three months, the UK can issue an international arrest warrant for Usatyi,” Pavel Grigorchuk said in a news conference hosted by IPN.

At the same time, the activist asked that an immediate investigation should be initiated in the Republic of Moldova. “Murderers and accomplices of criminal groups should not be part of the political class in Moldova. But today we see how the regime uses killers for its political purposes,” said the activist.

Pavel Grigorchuk also said that Renato Usatyi is a criminal who should be given life for organizing an attack on businessman German Gorbuntsov and at least two murders, but he is protected by the authorities as he reached an agreement with them to attract the protesting electorate to himself, fragmenting it, and thus preventing the opposition from uniting. “This is his role. Maia Sandu protects Usatyi, thus gaining a devoted servant,” he stated.

By the time the news article was broadcast, neither Renato Usatyi nor his electoral staff commented on the accusations made by Pavel Grigorchuk.
