The same military rank was conferred on Deputy Minister of the Interior Vasile Dragomir, commander of the Carabineer Troops; National Army general staff head Iurie Dominic, commander of the National Army; deputy head of the National Army general staff Vitalie Stoian, director of the general staff, and commander of the Land Forces Igor Cutie, deputy head of the National Army general staff. The presidential decrees were issued on the occasion of the National Army Day celebrated on September 3.
