The statutory manager of the limited liability company “Asgardan Grup”, which was founded by the public association Buiucani Invalids Society, Boris Timotin, said the firm was subject to a raider attack that involved ex-manager Vladimir Mitioglo.
In a news conference at IPN, Boris Timotin said the raider attack was staged with the involvement of a number of persons through the agency of the mediation institution, the execution institution and the insolvency institution and with the support of courts of law.
Boris Timotin said Vladimir Mitioglo was named manager of the Buiucani Invalids Society in 2015. Since then, an affiliated group of persons had intentionally taken the company to insolvency.
According to Boris Timotin, in the period the pig farm in Corlăteni run by “Asgardan Grup” SRL had been subject to a raider attack by “Elisav Nacamy” SRL. “During three years, being under supervision, the farm owned by “Asgardan Grup” had been managed by “Elisav Nacamy”,” stated Boris Timotin, noting that the company in 2010-2015, when he managed it, had revenues of 30 million lei, while after 2015 it suffered losses of 20 million lei and accumulated debts that are to be cleared now.
Boris Timotin intends to file a lawsuit to court so that the decision to institute insolvency proceedings is reviewed as the liquidator-administrator forms part of a criminal group.
He also said that there is chaos in the justice sector in Moldova. This an area where some of the judges can decide anything by breaking the law, especially because there is no one that could react promptly to violations, transforming this way justice into a ‘coin’ with which transactions are performed.
