Effective on December 1, access to the Chisinau City Hall building will be allowed under a mayoral ordinance only to holders of special passes, Info-Prim Neo reports. City Hall staff will be also required to produce such passes in addition to work IDs. The passes will be also used to electronically record the staff's entries and exits. Visitors will have access only within audience hours, based on passes and badges issued upon the presentation of their ID cards, which will be retained at the security post. Passes will be checked by the police at the security post installed at the City Hall's entrance.
