“Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) urges all consumers to cover their debts on water consumption as soon as possible. Once the dog days are over, the provider will go back to cutting people’s connection to the water system. ACC offers another chance by re-scheduling debt payment plans, reports Info-Prim Neo. According to a communique from ACC, over 160 blocks and private houses in Chisinau, which have cover less than 50% of their debt, risk to be disconnected from the municipal water system. Failure to cover these debts does not allow the water provider to renovate and repair the water and sewage networks. The list of residential blocks that have low payment rates is posted on the enterprise’s website – www.acc.md. According to the latest data, the payment rate for June 2012 was of 97%. The lowest payment rate was registered within municipal residential blocks. The water provider’s administration remind consumers that failing to pay bills does not rid debtors of their contractual obligations towards ACC. In order to avoid actions such as getting sued, court enforceable execution, interdiction to leave the country, sequestering of assets, all of which imply additional expenses, the debtors are welcome to pay their debt as soon as possible.
