SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) said almost 8,000 consumers used the services of its Information and Payments Service in the course of April. These came to swiftly solve different problems and to pay for the services provided by the water supplier, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the company.
The specialists of the Information and Payments Service provided accounting services for 1,806 consumers, information services for 2,135 consumers. Also, 3,966 persons paid in cash for services, while 531 submitted applications and letters.
According to the company, customers can go to office 101 located at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau to get responses to any question about the water supply and sewerage service. Here, they can receive information about the technical conditions, can coordinate projects to build water supply and sewerage systems, can sign contracts for the provision of sewerage and drinking water supply services and can pay the water and sewerage bills.
Nearly 400,000 clients received information about the public water supply and sewerage networks from the supplier’s Information and Payments Service since the launch of this.
