About 80 apartment buildings in Chisinau encounter heating-related problems
SA Termocom submitted prescriptions to a number of housing stock mangers for fixing the problems faced by 83 apartment buildings in the internal heating systems, Info-Prim Neo reports.
In a communiqué, the heat supplier says that it analyzed the problems of which the apartment dwellers informed in their complaints about the unsatisfactory quality of heating in the 2010-2011 cold season. In 99% of the cases, they concern the malfunctioning of the internal heating systems administered by housing stock managers.
The company warns that if the problems are not solved, it will be impossible to qualitatively heat the buildings in the cold period of the year. The heat supplier will be unable to duly issue the orders for connecting the apartment buildings encountering related problems to the heating system.
In the communiqué it is said that only four housing stock managers so far have taken steps to remove the problems identified in the internal heating systems of six apartment buildings. SA Termocom calls on the managers to hasten the process so as not to cause problems to the dwellers.
The list of apartment buildings facing heating-related problems is available on SA Termocom’s website www.termocom.md.
