About 8 000 consumers were served by employees of the information and payments service of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” SA in the course of January. Most of these asked for information to swiftly solve different situations and to pay for services provided by the supplier, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the company.
The company’s specialists provided accounting services for 1 602 consumers and information services for 2 054 consumers. Also, 4 220 persons paid water bills at the operator’s pay office, while 479 persons submitted applications with different requests.
The consumers can go to the head office of “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (38 Albisoara St, of. 101) to obtain answers to any question concerning the water supply and sewerage service, starting with the elaboration of technical conditions for water supply and sanitation, coordination of projects to build water supply and sewerage systems and signing of contracts for the provision of wastewater and drinking water supply services and ending with the payment of bills for the provided services.
More than 300,000 clients received information about the public water supply and sewerage service from the company’s Information and Payments Section so far, during ten years of the institution of the service.
