Approximately 700 Moldovans have cast their votes at the polling place in Paris, France, by 2pm, Moldova’s time. The voting process went smoothly. More than 400 people voted in the Greek capital Athens. In the first half of the day, queues foamed at some of the polling places there, but now there are no crowds.

Over 70 Moldovans voted at the polling place established in Kiev, Ukraine. The voting process there also runs smoothly. At the polling place in Ankara, Turkey, about 90 Moldovans cast their ballots. There were reported no incidents.

Vladislav Nastas, the head of the polling place set up in Warsaw, Poland, said the participation of the Moldovans can be described as relatively active there. They expected a lower number of people to vote, but more than 100,000 Moldovans have cast their ballots by 3pm, Moldova’s time, and it’s not excluded that this number will double. The voting in Poland takes place without incidents and without queues.

A number of 95 polling places were established abroad.
