Almost 70 education institutions in the municipality of Chisinau apply education model No. 1, which is all the students are physically present in classrooms. Another about 60 institutions implement model No. 7, which is blended learning – classroom and online learning, deputy head of the General Education, Youth and Sport Division Andrei Pavaloi announced in the ordinary meeting of officials of municipal services, IPN reports.

Monitoring will be performed this week so as to identify solutions for all the students to be physically present in classrooms.

Andrei Pavaloi noted that according to furnished data, the children at education institutions in the municipality of Chisinau total over 97,000. The figure is by over 3,000 higher compared with last year.

As to the vaccination process, the functionary said the number of education system employees who got a vaccine against COVID-19 increased the past two weeks.
