Approximately 500 employees of the Chisinau Public Amenities Division have been cleaning the snow from pavements and apartment buildings’ yards since early this morning. Seventeen units of transport were involved in the removal of snow from pavements, the Division’s head Petru Gontea has told Info-Prim Neo. Another 23 snowplows are working on the Chisinau streets. Veaceslav Tarna, head of the Public Transport and Communications Division, said currently there are no impassable roads. The temperature in Chisinau today will be around -6°C. More snow is expected.
