About 1,500 consumers used self-reading platform of ACC

During only two months of its launch, the self-reading platform of SA “Apă-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) was used by about 1,500 consumers. With the assistance of this, the consumers can monthly transmit the cold water meter readings, IPN reports.

The supplier said that about 380 consumers sent the readings through Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, over 30 used SMS messages, while more than 1,100 transmitted the data over the phone.

The ACC noted it continues to promote interaction with the people through electronic services. Moreover, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, only a part of the company’s employees in charge of readings resumed work. Consequently, the self-reading platform is an efficient option for consumers.

The specialist delegated to introduce the data transmitted through Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram can be contacted by domestic consumers living in apartments on 062100679, domestic consumers of the private sector on 060001663 and other consumers, such as business entities, state sector and housing sector managers, on 062100729.
