During less than four months of the launch of the online service “My Account,” there were processed about 1,500 applications to create accounts. “My Account” is a virtual cabinet with multiple benefits for consumers. The distance service instrument developed and provided to consumers by the heat supplier Termoelectrica ensures convenience and is increasingly appreciated during the pandemic, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the company.
The service ensures the receipt of electronic bills, monitoring of bills and consumption of services and transmission of meter readings. One can also user the service to pay the bills and to interact with the housing sector manager.
Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni said that such instruments are developed because they are very useful and can be easily accessed. “We want to be as close to our consumers as possible, to offer them pleasant experiences when they interact with the company, especially now that remote communication is extremely important for the safety and convenience of everyone,” stated Veaceslav Eni.
To benefit from the instrument, one can create an account by accessing the button “My Account” on www.termoelectrica.md or www.infobon.md, using the ID code of the payer and following the registration steps.
The service “My Account” is offered free based on an agreement for using the information system “Infobon”. To sign the agreement, the payer or the representative or empowered person need to go to the calculation center “Infobon” with the ideality card or power of attorney and the required documents. Those who own a digital signature can sign the agreement from a distance.
