Wrestler Aaron Cook finished second at the Grand Prix taekwondo competition in Moscow. The naturalized British athlete won silver in the 80 kg class, IPN reports.
Before reaching the final, Cook beat his opponents from the United States, Croatia and South Korea. In the final, the 26-year-old athlete lost to Russia’s Anton Kotkov 25-36.
Aaron Cook has represented Moldova since 2015. This year he has medalled bronze at the World Taekwondo Championship for the second consecutive time.
