A “third way” for Transnistria?

Amid continuously worsening social and economic situation in Transnistria, the Proryv (Breakthrough) Party, led by Dmitri Soin, has announced it will soon publish a manifesto titled “The Third Way” in which it will express its conceptual views on the reformation of Transnistria, Info-Prim Neo's field correspondent reports. “Amid continuously declining living standards, price hikes and yawning gap between the rich and the poor, the Proryv Party calls for immediate action to overcome this situation, which is a real threat to the foundation of Transnistria as a state”, the party said in a press release. Speaking about the the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict, Dmitri Soin told the newspaper “Russkii Proryv” said that first of all “the railway must start working again, (...) despite reciprocal differences”. Dmitri Soin is wanted by Interpol for allegedly committing a number of criminal offenses. Soin was once department head at the security ministry of the unrecognized republic.
