Maib invited customers from the towns of Straseni and Calarasi district to a new event in the series of brunches with customers to discuss maib's services and products, the experience in the relationship with the bank, to communicate about the activity plans and customer-centric strategy.
It is the first brunch organized in the region this year, and one of the key topics discussed was pre-approved loans contracted directly from the maibank mobile app.
Aliona Stratan, maib First Deputy Chairwoman, responsible for the Retail Division:
"I kindly ask you to give us a gift: tell us what you like and dislike about your relationship with maib. We will take this gift into our offices, analyze it thoroughly, see the "situation" through your eyes, the eyes of our customers, fix what causes dissatisfaction and develop banking products and services so that they exceed expectations. In other words, please help us innovate so everything we create is valuable for every customer."
The atmosphere and the event's generic led to constructive discussions and valuable feedback.
"Maib's core product is our well-being. We are fine, but we would appreciate it even more if you could improve the mobile app and the following aspects", initiated the discussion by one of the customers.
And one by one, the customers discussed, and the maib representatives listened and took notes:
"Pre-approved loan as an in-app option was an ideal and delightful discovery. I needed it, accessed it, and the money came directly to my card. Simple, easy, precisely when I needed it to solve a necessity. I appreciated that everything happened remotely, without going to the branch", mentioned one of the customers.
"We will be happy if POS-terminals appear at retail stores in rural areas, no more using cash. It is challenging to receive the money on the card and to be able to pay only in cash at the market in the village", was another customer's complaint.
"It isn't enjoyable in our society to declare that you have credit, but I solved many of my needs thanks to this product. Since pre-approved loans appeared, I know that in maibank, I have a reliable friend who can lend me a loan when I need it. I love this friendship", was the feedback of a customer present at the brunch.
We mention that brunches with individual customers are held periodically, part of the brand's new philosophy of being more customer-centric.
The next edition of customer brunches will be dedicated to maib junior cards.
