General prosecution started a case according to article164 of the Penal Code in case of kidnapping of a citizen of Moldova by a group of unrecognised persons within the so-called ministry of security of the Transnistrian republic, led by Antiufeev (Sevtov). According to General Prosecution report, on 13 March 2006, there was kidnapped of the town Ismail, region Odessa the citizen of Moldova Vladimir Babii aged 69. Not, he is kept in the penitentiary of town Bender, being charged with espionage in favour of Moldova. In case if it is found the persons guilty of this offence, they risk from 7 to 15 years life imprisonment, according to PG report.
