A man who allegedly participated in a group rape of a minor girl and suspected of committing a robbery is obliged not to leave the locality during the investigation. According to General Prosecution Office, this man, together with other persons, participated 4 years ago in raping a minor girl in the Vadul lui Voda town, and in the same night, attacked and robbed a man, who was afterwards beaten severely. After committing these crimes the suspect was placed under pursuit, being arrested in July 2005. During the investigation till present he is obliged not to leave the locality. In case the court deems him guilty of charges, he risks serving a sentence of up to 25 years of life imprisonment, according to General Prosecutor Office’s report.
